Coaching, Consultation, and Online Psychotherapy for Mental Wellness
Glimmer and Growth, LLC
Healing is about more than overcoming challenges—it's about discovering the small moments of joy, peace, and safety along the way. While triggers can bring distress, glimmers are the sparks that offer warmth, connection, and calm.
At Glimmer and Growth, LLC, we embrace the light in difficult times and focus on growth—building resilience and creating the life you desire. I’m here to help you find your glimmers and support your growth, one step at a time.

Empowering You on Your Journey to Healing and Growth

Compassionate, Trauma-Informed Support for Individuals & Professionals

I provide professional consultation, clinical supervision, and online (telemental health) therapy to individuals in Colorado and Pennsylvania, focusing on supporting healing, growth, and resilience. My approach is trauma-informed, evidence-based, and tailored to your unique needs.

Through virtual sessions, I use EMDR, CBT, and mindfulness to help you navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and personal growth. Our work together focuses on fostering resilience and self-compassion in a safe, affirming space.

I provide workshops, training, and one-on-one consultations to help professionals integrate trauma-informed care, manage stress, and build resilience-focused environments.

I offer non-clinical, trauma-informed coaching for women and gender-expansive people navigating the emotional, physical, and identity shifts of perimenopause and menopause. Through somatic tools, reflection, and lifestyle guidance, we work together to reconnect you with your body, your values, and your sense of self in this powerful life transition.

What’s the Difference Between Therapy and Coaching?
While both therapy and coaching offer support and guidance, they serve different purposes and follow distinct ethical guidelines.

Therapy is a clinical service that focuses on mental health, emotional healing, and diagnosis. It’s designed to help people process trauma, navigate anxiety or depression, and develop insight into patterns that may be rooted in past experiences. Therapy is offered under my LCSW license and is available only to clients located in the states where I’m licensed (CO, PA).

Coaching, on the other hand, is a non-clinical service that focuses on growth, transition, and forward movement. My coaching work—particularly in menopause and midlife—supports clients in exploring identity shifts, navigating life changes, and reconnecting with their bodies and values. Coaching does not involve diagnosis or treatment and is available to clients regardless of location.

If you're unsure which is right for you, we can explore this together during a complimentary consultation. I'm happy to help you find the best fit for your current season of life.
